Robert Woo Photography

U.S. Navy veteran and IT professional Robert Woo wanted to take his passion for photography to the next level by creating a business. He needed a logo, a business card, and a website, all of which I was more than happy to create for him.

For the logo, we decided to go with a classy and retro emblem showcasing his initials and business name. We went with Adam.CG Pro for the typeface—a neat one that's inspired by Futura. To visually communicate his business well, I decided to mimic a camera lens.

After creating the logo and business card, we worked together to create a website that would effectively promote his new business in a captivating way. We went with the Photo Me template from ThemeForest, with WordPress as the content management system.

Robert really likes the Ken Burns effect, so we made sure to implement it on the homepage. I also created a nifty off-white version of his logo so it could show clearly on the page. For his About page, we incorporated the parallax scrolling effect to make it more creative and interesting.

It's always an honor for me to help veterans who are launching their own businesses. If you need a portrait or photography for your next event, I hope you consider Robert for the job. Check out Robert's website here, and follow Robert on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Flickr.
